Avalon Park is an independent living neighborhood for active adults age 62 and over in St. Charles County. Locally owned and managed, this is a community designed by neighbors, for neighbors. Active independent living doesn't get more convenient than this. Live close to Cottleville's shops, restaurants, entertainment, churches and more.
